ST. AUGUSTINE | Scott Milton’s father said he knew the reports were wrong. He knew his son would not have been riding a motorcycle without a helmet the night that he died. He would not have run a red light.
Jimmy Milton was right.
His son had the right-of-way when he drove through the intersection of Florida16 and International Golf Parkway around 10 p.m. July 25 and collided with an SUV, according to a crash report. And he was wearing a helmet.
