Two Putnam County men who fought with a deputy have been charged with attempted murder after the deputy’s gun misfired when one of the men pointed it at him and pulled the trigger, authorities said.
Jorge Luis Santiago-Rodriguez, 19, and Kenny Alberto Cruz-Rodriguez, 22, were charged after they were captured following a parking lot fight with Deputy Kevin Corbin, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
